What is your preferred medium?
I enjoy working in oil paints as they allow richness through blending, layering, scumbling, and other techniques. I also work in acrylic, watercolours, pencil, and charcoal. Canvases range from cloth (cotton, linen), to wood panel.
Are the pieces on your site for sale?
Other than those already in private collections, the works of art on this site are for sale. Please send me an email to inquire on the piece(s) in which you are interested.
Where did you learn to paint?
Formal training in drawing and painting is ongoing at the Academy of Art Canada. Art has always been a part of me. I enjoy capturing inspiring subjects as a painting or drawing.
